Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Support Solvay\'s A&C; Process Owner to coordinate squad activities, acting as Product Owner (PO) deputy\r\nInterface with Service Owners to deploy and improve the Asset Management process — gather needs and convert into specifications for the CMDB Developer\r\nCreate required documentation (process guides, operating procedures, runbooks) and follow up on deployment and hyper-care\r\nAct as liaison between Solvay governance and HCLTech CMDB Developer / service tower teams\r\nCoordinate CMDB data quality reviews and physical audit activities\r\nAsset lifecycle tracking, stock level monitoring, and reporting contributions\r\nSAM compliance monitoring and licence position reporting support
