Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be able to understand requirements, translate ideas into impactful visuals, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design original (non-AI generated) creative graphics for social media posts, reels, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs based on project requirements
- Create banners, posters, brochures, and promotional content
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and other teams as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive communication skills

Preferred Skills:





- Experience in social media creatives and digital marketing
- Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro

Deliverables:

- Social media posts, ads, and creatives
- Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners)
- Presentation designs
- Website or UI graphics (if required)

Compensation:

- Project-based (as per experience and scope of work)

Interview Process:

- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview
- During the interview, candidates will be given a live design assignment
- The assignment must be completed in front of the interviewer
- Candidates are required to create the design using Adobe Photoshop only
- Use of AI-based design tools or pre-made templates will not be allowed
- The objective of this task is to evaluate practical skills, creativity, and software proficiency
- Final selection will be based on performance in the live assignment and overall portfolio evaluation

Pay: ₹8,123.94 - ₹12,000.00 per month
