Customer Support Representative – Sales
Location: Ambala Cantt | WFO | Night Shift
Experience: 1 Year –3 Years | Sales Experience and Interest
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and make sales & conversions.
- Assist customers with product compatibility, pricing & orders.
- Follow up on leads, pending orders and customer queries.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication – Mandatory
- Sales/Customer Support experience preferred.
- Auto Parts/Automobile experience is an advantage.
- Positive negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work Night Shift.
