Furniture Manufacturing & Designing | Raipur

Positions: Sales Man | Sales Executive | Sales Manager

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Division: Furniture

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our Furniture Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing customers, generating sales, maintaining relationships and achieving assigned targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Man / Sales Executive

- - Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- - Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- - Explain furniture products, designs, features and pricing.
- - Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- - Achieve monthly sales targets.
- - Coordinate with the design and production teams for customer requirements.

Sales Manager

- - Lead and manage the sales team.
- - Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.




- - Develop current business opportunities and sales channels.
- - Handle key customers and important negotiations.
- - Monitor leads, follow-ups and sales conversions.
- - Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- - Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- - Experience in Furniture / Interior / Building Material sales preferred.
- - Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- - Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- - Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- - Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- - Sales Manager should have prior team-handling experience.
