Key Responsibilities

- Overall project supervision, execution & monitoring
- Ensure quality, safety, cost & timely completion
- Planning, scheduling and progress monitoring
- Review GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications & execution
- Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, contractors & vendors
- Prepare progress reports and management updates
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, EHS & project standards
- Manage site manpower, materials and resources
- Desired Skills
- Solid knowledge of Civil Construction, RCC, Structures & Finishes
- Knowledge of IS Codes & local statutory requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Project
- Good communication, coordination and leadership skills
- Willingness to work at different project locations across Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000/month

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil

Experience: 8+ years in Industrial & Commercial Projects

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Age: Up to 48 years
