- Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials delivered to the site.
- Maintain proper records of materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
- Store materials safely and systematically to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Issue materials to workers, supervisors, and subcontractors based on approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare material requisitions when stock is low.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with inventory records.
- Maintain proper documentation, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and stock registers.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Procurement Team, and Project Manager regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of materials in the store.
- Monitor quick-moving, slow-moving, and damaged materials.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety,



and security standards within the store area.
- Control access to the store and ensure materials are issued only to authorized personnel.
- Track tools, equipment, and consumable materials issued to workers and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and material reports.
- Assist during internal and external audits and maintain supporting documents.
- Follow company procedures and site safety regulations for storage and handling of materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
