JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR Position: Interior Site Supervisor Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Package: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA Key Responsibilities  Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities.  Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.  Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.  Monitor the quality and progress of interior works at the site.  Coordinate with the project team and report daily site progress.  Check measurements and material requirements at the site.  Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.  Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager/Architect.  Ensure that work is completed within the scheduled timeline.  Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site records.  Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.  Ensure proper housekeeping, safety,



and discipline at the project site.  Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports as required. Required Skills & Qualifications  Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.  2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out-site supervision.  Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.  Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.  Knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.  Valuable coordination and communication skills.  Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.  Ability to manage contractors and site workers effectively.  Willingness to travel to project sites as required.  Salary Package: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA, based on experience and skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
