CSD FILLING & LABELLING MACHINE OPERATOR

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Beverage / CSD Plant
Position: CSD Filling & Labelling & Shrink Machine Operator
Experience: 2–5 Years in Beverage / CSD Industry preferred
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor CSD filling, capping and labelling machines.
- Set and adjust machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Monitor filling level, CO₂ pressure, temperature, speed and product quality.
- Ensure proper labelling, filling and packaging with minimum rejection and wastage.
- Perform machine start-up, changeover and shutdown activities.
- Identify minor machine faults and coordinate with the Maintenance team for troubleshooting.
- Maintain production,



downtime and rejection records.
- Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around the production line.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Candidate Profile:

Relevant experience in CSD/Beverage filling & labelling machines
Basic mechanical/technical knowledge
Valuable understanding of production and quality requirements
Ability to work in shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
