Site Engineer – Real Estate Construction

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong experience in Residential High-Rise Apartment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and internal teams.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of site activities.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Verify contractor measurements and support billing activities.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements

- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of Real Estate Construction experience.
- High-Rise Residential Apartment experience is MANDATORY.
- Valuable knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work at project sites across Bangalore.
