Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the quality of inbound and outbound calls.
Evaluate communication quality and customer experience Provide feedback and highlight strengths & identify areas for improvement.
Prepare weekly/ monthly reports for sales leadership & recommend updates to scripts/ workflow.
Conduct training sessions for recent employees Provide ongoing training, coaching & refresher sessions to improve call quality and performance
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales analysis/ call audit Strong listening and communication skills.
Good command over Excel / Google Sheets Basic understanding of UPSC Ability to identify gaps and suggest actionable improvements Laptop is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
