JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented graduates to join our Business
Development team as Business Development Executives (BDE). The role offers hands-on
exposure to corporate sales, client relationship management, lead generation and business
development. As a BDE, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their business
requirements and contribute to the company's growth while developing robust professional and
communication skills.

ELIGIBILITY:

- Any Graduate/Postgraduate (B. Tech, MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B. Com, M. Com, B.
- Sc) Any year pass-outs.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

INTERNSHIP & COMPENSATION Performance.

- Training: Initial 10-days onboarding and process training.
- Internship: 4 Months
- Stipend: ₹12,000/month based on performance Full-Time Employment:



4.5 LPA based on successful internship completion and
- Location: Satyanarayan Nagar, Coimbatore
- Mode of Work: Work from Home ( HYBRID)
- Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn, emails, referrals, networking, and
- cold calling.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable TechNex services.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Present company offerings professionally and coordinate meetings.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams for successful client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and follow-up activities.
- Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly business targets

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
