Roles and Responsibilities:

- Mainly deal with Students/TPOs of colleges via telephone/email/chat
- Respond promptly to Training inquiries of students
- Calling concerned colleges or TPOs for initiating the Training process and other work
- Searching online for Colleges and updating the database
- Enter & update data of Industrial Training students on Portal and sheets
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
- provide training material to the students when required
- Maintain a register of attendance of students
- Any other work as assigned by the management in this regard

Skills Required

- Valuable communication skills in the English Language
- Good coordination skills
- Should be confident in the approach
- Ability to work in a team environment

Qualification

The candidate should have minimum following Qualification:

- Graduate from a recognized university
