Acelot Innovation Private Limited is expanding its Blue & Grey Collar recruitment network to support large enterprise manpower requirements across South and West India.

We are looking for experienced recruiters and recruitment partners who can deliver successful candidate joinings, not just CVs.

Roles / Categories

Recruiters should have experience hiring for one or more of the following:

- Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC & MEP Technicians
- Maintenance Technicians
- Welders & Fabricators
- Machine Operators
- ITI & Diploma Technicians
- Production & Manufacturing Workforce
- Engineers
- Housekeeping Staff & Janitors
- Facility Management Workforce
- Helpers
- Warehouse & Logistics Staff
- Loaders and Last-Mile Workforce
- Other Blue & Grey Collar roles based on client requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, WhatsApp groups, ITIs, polytechnics, job fairs, job portals and field sourcing.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skill, experience, location, salary expectations and job requirements.
- Clearly brief candidates about salary, shift, work location and advantages before interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Complete candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate candidate mobilisation and deployment.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain strong interview-to-joining conversion.
- Support candidate retention and replacement requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and joining records.
- Achieve agreed monthly joining targets.





Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of hands-on Blue & Grey Collar recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in bulk and volume hiring.
- Strong local candidate sourcing network.
- Experience in field recruitment and candidate mobilisation.
- Knowledge of technician, manufacturing, facility management and logistics profiles.
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Strong communication and candidate follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working against joining commitments.

Compensation & Engagement

- ₹1,000 per successful joining

- Additional incentives may be available for consistent achievement of agreed monthly joining targets.
- Consistent performers may be considered for preferred-partner payout tiers or suitable full-time opportunities with Acelot.

Performance is measured primarily on successful joinings and candidate retention/deployment, not on the number of CVs submitted.
