About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content around exhibitions, events, brand activations, stall designs, projects and company activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other visual content.
- Cover and promote events, exhibitions, conferences and client projects.
- Coordinate with the design and event teams to collect relevant photos, videos and project updates.
- Prepare monthly/weekly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Write creative captions, campaign content and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for creative campaigns.
- Track engagement, reach, followers and other social media metrics.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.




- Support paid social media campaigns and basic digital marketing activities.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand communication across platforms.

Required Skills

- 2 year of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to create/review engaging Reels and short-form video content.
- Valuable understanding of hashtags, engagement and social media analytics.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in events, exhibitions, advertising, branding, hospitality or experiential marketing will be an advantage.
- The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment, including attending events and capturing content when required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
