Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 6 months–1 year of experience to handle recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/search suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, offers, and joining.
- Handle offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
- Support employee onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements





- 6 months–1 year of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Must know how to use job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of the recruitment process.
- Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet hiring timelines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

- Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
