As a Business Associate at Jai Baba Shyam Web Tech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, efficient management, and maintaining English proficiency in spoken language. Key responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities – Business Associate

- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, customers, and partners.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, field visits, digital channels, and other permitted sources.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with prospective and existing clients and understand their requirements.
- Promotion & Marketing: Promote the organization’s products, services, training programs, or other approved offerings.
- Sales Support: Explain services and assist customers through the enquiry, registration, and service-delivery process.
- Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with clients, associates, and business partners.
- Documentation: Collect and maintain required forms, applications, KYC documents, and other records as applicable.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and clients regarding enquiries, registrations, payments, and services.
- Reporting: Submit regular reports regarding leads, business activities, client interactions, and progress to the authorized representative.
- Target & Performance: Work toward mutually agreed business-development and performance objectives.
- Professional Conduct: Represent the organization honestly and professionally and follow its policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Confidentiality:



Maintain confidentiality of organizational, client, financial, and business information.
- Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and ethical business practices.
- Other Duties: Perform other reasonable business-development or coordination duties assigned by the organization from time to time.

Who can manage customer queries and office operations with the founder and is good with communication.

Salary during probation:

Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 240000

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 2,76,000 /year

1st module :- Working As Employee.

Partner Pay Out:

2. Variable pay: ₹ No limit /year

Note: Pay out Given As per Your leads .

Commission given Upto 12% on every lead.
