Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum and QP standards.
- Conduct hands on sessions on electronic components, tools, equipment and troubleshooting.
- Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations and practical exercises.
- Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance and progress.
- Maintain attendance, training records, MIS and assessment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 and Sector Skill Council requirements.
- Mentor and motivate rural youth for skill development and employment.

Eligibility

- Relevant ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, ECE or related field.
- Relevant industry and training experience preferred.
- Valuable communication and practical training skills.
- Valid TOT Certification is MANDATORY.
