About Parké

Parké is a smart parking platform that connects users with convenient parking spaces. Through Parké Reserve and Parké X, we work with property owners and parking partners to build and manage reliable parking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily business operations of Parké X and Parké Reserve parking spaces.
- Identify and onboard new parking spaces across Kochi.
- Build relationships with property owners, vendors and parking partners.
- Manage existing partners and resolve operational or business-related concerns.
- Visit potential locations and evaluate their business suitability.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new partnership agreements.
- Support partners during onboarding and ensure successful activation.
- Monitor the performance of each parking space and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to increase bookings, revenue and market presence.
- Coordinate with the operations, customer support and management teams.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, partnerships, sales and business performance.





Candidate Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close partnerships.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Kochi.
- Ability to manage field operations and multiple partners.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in business development, field sales, partner management or operations is preferred.
- A valid driving licence and personal vehicle are preferred.

Compensation and Perks

- Monthly salary of ₹25,000
- Travel Allowance (TA)
- Overtime benefits (OT), as applicable
- One weekly off
- Holidays and leave benefits as per company policy
