Profile: HR Recruiter – White Collar Recruitment

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA – HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end white-collar recruitment for Engineers, Executives, Officers, Supervisors and Managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical & HR interviews with department heads.
- Handle candidate follow-up, salary discussion, offer and joining coordination.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and MIS.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely vacancy closure.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.




- Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering recruitment preferred.

Working Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
