About the Role

Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Design, Business Development, and Digital Marketing to manage projects from initial client discussions through planning, execution, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of project management, client handling, business development, design understanding, and marketing expertise, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end projects across design, web, digital marketing, and business development.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into explicit project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

- Coordinate with Design, Development, SEO, Content, PPC, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing queries or concerns.

- Develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

- Review project deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays and take corrective action.

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, requirement discussions, and project reviews.

- Support business development activities,



including lead generation, proposal preparation, client presentations, and follow-ups.

- Understand client business objectives and contribute to developing appropriate marketing and digital strategies.

- Work closely with the design team on branding, UI/UX, creative campaigns, website designs, and other visual deliverables.

- Coordinate marketing initiatives involving SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns.

- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and key deliverables.

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and client communication records.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Conduct regular project reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, digital marketing, design, business development, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing,



and online campaigns.

- Good understanding of UI/UX, graphic design, branding, and website development processes.

- Experience in client handling, presentations, negotiations, and business development.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

- Ability to prepare proposals, project estimates, presentations, and client documentation.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.

- Experience working with international clients will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, or similar marketing platforms.

- Experience in an IT services, digital agency, software development, or web development environment.
