Job Summary

The Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions while providing technical leadership to engineering teams. This role demands for hands-on engineering expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to engineering best practices, and alignment with business objectives. Lead Engineer will layer b/w the Engineering Lead and Integrator in the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Review & challenge technical designs, code,



and solution architectures.

- Be Proactive in driving innovation and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
