The Role

The role of a Resource Mobilization Associate entails engaging with individuals across diverse locations, including corporate offices, IT hubs, and public spaces, to raise awareness about Greenpeace India’s campaigns. The position focuses on effectively communicating the organization’s mission and encouraging individuals to extend their support through financial contributions and long-term commitment to Greenpeace India’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

● Develop an understanding of our client, Greenpeace’s campaigns.

● Explain environmental campaigns to members of the public in a explicit and interesting way.

● Meet set income targets by signing paid supporters for the client.

On the job training

Training is provided to all new Fundraising Associate on Campaigns as also techniques in talking to people on the street and convincing them to become supporters.

Skills required

● Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people

● Keen desire to learn on the job

● Energy and drive to inspire people and promote a cause

● Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback

Pay: ₹29,500.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
