- Conduct NCLEX-RN training sessions for nursing graduates through online/offline classes.
- Teach key nursing concepts, clinical judgment, prioritization, and NCLEX-style questions.
- Conduct practice tests, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
- Prepare and update study materials and question banks.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Robust knowledge of NCLEX-RN syllabus and nursing concepts.
- Prior NCLEX-RN teaching/training experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
