About Greenpill Renewable Energy Limited

Greenpill Renewable Energy Limited is a growing renewable energy company operating in the Solar and Renewable Energy sector, with a focus on delivering sustainable and innovative energy solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage and oversee the company's overall accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting operations of the company.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, and periodic management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory accounting compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor cash flow, payables, receivables, and overall financial transactions.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for accounting and finance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist management with budgeting, cost analysis, financial planning, and MIS.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7+ years of overall accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and statutory compliance.
- Experience in MIS, reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle overall accounting operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Industry Preference

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

- Solar / Renewable Energy
- EPC
- Infrastructure
- Engineering & Construction

Candidate Eligibility

- Candidate must be based in Gujarat.
- Candidates with 5–7+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Solar/Renewable Energy industry experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 25 days' notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently manage the company's overall accounting function are highly preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification with relevant experience.

Salary: As per experience, skills and industry standards.
