About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Retention Manager with a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-value customer relationships, improving customer retention, and leading sales/retention initiatives to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and repeat business.
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value and existing customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across travel products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and retention team to deliver consistent performance.
- Monitor sales funnels, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue metrics.
- Work closely with operations, product, and customer experience teams to improve the overall customer journey.
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle key customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Prepare and present sales and retention performance reports to senior management.
- Build processes and best practices to improve team productivity and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales, retention, customer success, or business development.
- Mandatory experience in the travel/tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of customer retention, repeat sales, and upselling strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on revenue and customer experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
