HR Executive – For A Label Manufacturing Company

Location: Yamuna Nagar/Jagadhri
Salary: ₹24,000–₹30,000/month
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Qualification: BBA/MBA HR preferred

About Candle

Candle United is a growing label manufacturing company serving pharmaceutical, FMCG, packaging and other manufacturing industries. We are expanding our manufacturing operations and are looking for an HR professional to help build a robust people and performance culture at Plant 2.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and end-to-end hiring for production and office staff.
- Maintain manpower planning, attendance and shift records.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and workplace issues.
- Work closely with production supervisors to improve employee performance.
- Conduct regular employee feedback and performance reviews.
- Develop employee onboarding and training systems.
- Track employee attendance, absenteeism and attrition.
- Build a positive and accountable workplace culture.




- Communicate company values, policies and expectations to employees.
- Maintain HR records and prepare basic HR MIS.
- Support payroll inputs, leave and other HR administration.
- Identify high-potential employees and support talent development.
- Coordinate with management on HR-related issues and improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
