What would you do? • The candidate should possess end-to-end payment processing knowledge and be willing to work under any shift. The role requires solid communication, client-handling, problem-solving, and people-management skills.



The candidate should have experience of onboarding and managing new clients, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and a strong commitment to SLA adherence. • Hands-on experience with SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting is essential, along with the ability to comply with desktop procedures (DTPs), internal controls, and audit requirements.
What are we looking for? • • Strong knowledge of end-to-end payment processing. • • Hands-on experience with SAP or SAP S, 4HANA. • • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. • • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Manage and resolve client escalations promptly and effectively. • • Prepare and review process DTPs and participate in client calls. • • Manage team members and provide process training and guidance. • • Monitor and track SLA and KPI. • • Ensure adherence to DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
