What Youll Be Doing

- Business Partnership: Build solid relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure technology initiatives support business priorities and organisational goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with business teams to capture, analyse, and document requirements for technology solutions.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement business-focused technology solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Project Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of technology projects while ensuring scope, timelines, and business requirements are achieved.
- Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, innovation, and technology adoption.
- Change Management: Support business users through system implementations and technology changes to maximise adoption and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring:



Review the effectiveness of technology solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: Previous experience in an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Business & Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of business operations, technology solutions,



and digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Analysis Skills: Experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Project Delivery: Understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
