A civil engineer manages, designs, and oversees construction projects from initial planning to final completion.

Pre-Construction and Design

- Site Investigations: Analyze soil composition, terrain, and geological data to verify ground stability.
- Feasibility Studies: Assess project costs, potential risks, and environmental impact before breaking ground.
- Blueprints and Planning: Create structural designs and technical specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Secure necessary permits and ensure plans meet local building codes and environmental laws.

During Construction (Site & Project Management)

- Progress Monitoring: Inspect job sites regularly to ensure work follows design specifications and safety rules.
- Quality Control: Test construction materials like concrete and steel to maintain high structural integrity.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, order building supplies,



and schedule equipment deliveries.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical problems on site

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP, site planning, and MS Office/Teams.
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Commonly Preferred Experience

- Expertise in structural concrete, soil mechanics, and infrastructure development.
- Experience in real estate projects

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
