Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, customers, and businesses for property-related requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to visit residential and commercial properties and collect property information for our team.

The main responsibility is to visit properties, take clear photos and videos, collect basic property details, and share the information with the Zorba Estates team.

The role involves regular travel to different property locations across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.
- Take clear photos and videos of the property.
- Capture important areas such as rooms, interiors, exterior, entrance, parking, frontage, and surroundings.
- Share photos and videos with the internal team through WhatsApp or company communication channels.
- Collect basic property information such as location, size, price, property type, and availability.
- Coordinate with property owners or representatives to access the property.
- Ensure the photos and videos are clear and properly captured.
- Provide property updates to the internal team after each visit.




- Follow up with property owners when additional information is required.
- Maintain basic records of completed property visits.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding scheduled visits.
- Travel to different locations across Bengaluru as required.
- Support other simple field activities related to property operations when required.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take clear property photos and videos.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
