2-Wheeler Operations Head – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee end-to-end operations of the 2-wheeler business.
- Manage and monitor the ground-level operations team, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with workshops and service partners and manage their onboarding process.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with aggregators and other external partners.
- Monitor customer operations and service experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Track operational performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure that operational processes, service standards, and company guidelines are followed at the ground level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
