Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Make regular follow-up calls to clients on issued quotations
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding client responses and requirements
- Maintain follow-up status and client details in google sheets
- Track pending, active, and closed quotations
- Share daily and weekly follow-up reports with the seniors
- Respond to basic client queries and escalate when required
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident and polite calling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet follow-up targets

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination / telecalling / follow-ups
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
