Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is an established event management company with experience in corporate events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, hospitality and customized events.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Event Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, understand event requirements and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

Candidates with event management experience are preferred. Candidates with relevant hotel/hospitality sales experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business leads through calls, references, networking and market visits.
- Identify and approach potential corporate and wedding clients.
- Understand client requirements, event expectations and budgets.
- Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals.
- Follow up with clients from initial enquiry until confirmation.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals.
- Coordinate with the production, planning and operations teams for smooth execution.




- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, proposals and conversions.
- Meet assigned sales and business development objectives.
- Be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular sales updates to the management.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, hospitality or related sales.
- Experience in event sales / hotel sales / hospitality sales will be considered.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and business development.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi & Tamil preferred.
