Shift: Day (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Working Days - 5.5 Days

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and emails, understanding client queries, and providing timely and effective responses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend inbound calls from customers/clients and understand their service- related queries

* Respond to customer emails professionally and within defined timelines

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests





* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups

Requirements

:* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a service coordination, customer support, or similar role

* Positive verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions*

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

* Strong organizational and coordination skills
