Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function for a fast-growing Healthcare RCM organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR leadership within Healthcare BPO / RCM / BPM / US Healthcare environments and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth.
The role will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with the CEO/CHRO and business leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Develop manpower plans aligned with RCM operations, client requirements, and business volumes.
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical, leadership, and high-volume operational positions.
- Drive employee retention strategies and reduce attrition across RCM operations.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Own performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Build leadership and management capability through structured Learning & Development programs.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and annual compensation reviews.
- Lead organizational development, restructuring, workforce optimization, and change-management initiatives.
- Establish HR analytics and dashboards covering attrition, hiring, absenteeism, productivity, engagement, and workforce cost.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with operations leadership to address workforce challenges and improve employee productivity.
- Strengthen HR processes, policies, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team and establish a strong HR business-partnering culture.
- Support client audits, compliance requirements, and people-related governance initiatives where required.
Preferred Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Solid experience in Healthcare RCM / Healthcare BPO / BPM / US Healthcare organizations.
- Experience managing large-scale, high-volume workforce environments.
- Strong exposure to US Healthcare RCM operations and 24/7 business environments will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing high attrition environments and implementing successful retention strategies.
- Experience working closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, Compliance, and senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
