Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated O&M; Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of our Ground mounted solar power plant. The role involves monitoring, maintenance, repair, and reporting activities to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and performance of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the solar power plant, including MMS, PV modules, strings, SCB, SMB, inverters, RMU, UPS & batteries, C&R; panels, RTCC panels, SCADA system, and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor plant performance through SCADA and field inspections; analyze data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Prepare daily and monthly generation reports, track KPIs, and suggest corrective measures.
- Attend breakdowns on AC/DC systems and restore operations quickly to minimize downtime.
- Inspect LT/HT panels and switchgear to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate O&M; records and ensure timely submission of reports.





Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in solar power plant operations & maintenance (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, transformer testing, and SCADA monitoring.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies.
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge in AC side- Breakers, Transformers, Central inverters, Switch yard, transmission line etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
