Restaurant Captain – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, handle guest concerns, and maintain service standards while creating a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide stewards and service staff during operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service on the restaurant floor.
- Welcome guests, take feedback, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely order execution.
- Train team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Monitor cleanliness, grooming, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and upselling menu offerings.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest interactions confidently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
