Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Measurement & Assessment

· Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements for modular kitchen installations.

· Assess site conditions including walls, plumbing, electrical points, flooring, and structural factors.

· Identify potential installation challenges and report them to the design team.

· Ensure measurement data is accurate and properly documented.

2. Design Coordination

· Communicate site measurement details and customer requirements to the design team.

· Work closely with designers to ensure design feasibility according to site conditions.

· Clarify design specifications, material requirements, and installation details.

3. Customer Coordination

· Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

· Update customers regarding project progress, timelines, and installation schedules.

· Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Installation Supervision

· Supervise installation of modular kitchen units and interior fittings at the site.

· Ensure installation teams follow design drawings and specifications.

· Monitor quality of work and ensure proper finishing.

5. Factory & Site Coordination





· Coordinate with the factory regarding production schedules and material dispatch.

· Ensure materials delivered to site match the design specifications.

· Track installation progress and ensure timely completion.

6. Quality Control

· Ensure all installation work meets company quality standards.

· Inspect completed work before final handover to the customer.

· Report defects or issues and coordinate necessary corrections.

7. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain records of site measurements, project status, and installation updates.

· Submit regular reports to the management regarding project progress.

Preferred Qualification:

- Diploma or certification related to Interior Design / Civil / Construction

Technical Skills:

· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

· Understanding of modular kitchen components and installation

Experience & Preferred:

- 0–3 years of experience in interior works, modular kitchen installation, furniture manufacturing, or construction supervision

Fresher’s with relevant diploma and robust technical interest may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,262.76 - ₹27,417.17 per month
