About SalesDuo

SalesDuo is a growing sales-focused organization helping businesses build and scale their outbound sales and lead-generation processes. We are looking for an Campaign Management Intern to join our team and support the execution and management of outbound email campaigns.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day email outreach operations, including setting up campaigns, managing sequences, monitoring campaign performance, and handling incoming email responses.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Smartlead and a good understanding of outbound email campaigns. Its a full-time paid internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage outbound email campaigns using Smartlead.
- Configure email campaigns, sequences, scheduling, and relevant campaign settings.
- Monitor active campaigns and ensure they are running smoothly.
- Review and manage incoming email replies from prospects.
- Identify and categorize responses such as interested prospects, follow-ups, and other relevant replies.
- Maintain accurate campaign and prospect information.




- Coordinate with the team regarding campaign requirements, updates, and changes.
- Ensure email campaigns are executed accurately and according to defined processes.
- Monitor campaign activity and flag any issues that require attention.
- Support the team with day-to-day outbound email and campaign management activities.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Smartlead is a must have.
- Basic understanding of outbound email outreach and campaign management.
- Familiarity with setting up email campaigns and sequences.
- Ability to review and understand prospect email replies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes accurately and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Experience

- Candidates with 3 months to 2 years of relevant experience in email outreach, Smartlead, replying to emails, lead generation, campaign management, or a similar role are encouraged to apply.
