Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated ADP Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll activities for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of US payroll concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll for US-based employees using ADP payroll systems.
- Review and validate employee payroll data, including hours, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
- Handle payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and leave information.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing according to client requirements.
- Understand basic US federal and state payroll taxes and statutory deductions.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and US clients to obtain required payroll information.
- Follow payroll calendars, deadlines, quality standards, and company policies.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US Payroll / ADP Payroll / Payroll Processing.
- Basic understanding of US payroll processing and taxation.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or similar ADP platforms is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in US/night shifts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.

Compensation

₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
