About the Role

Creatik IT Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team.

This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee communication, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities while working on real hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on job portals and social platforms.
- Assist with interview coordination and recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee and HR-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities and assigned projects.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA,



MBA, HR, Business Administration, or a related course.
- Final-year students and fresh graduates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
- Freshers are welcome.
