Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to meet changing business needs.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience with integration of APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
- Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.

- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
