- Sales and targets: Achieve and exceed sales, booking, and gross profit targets for an assigned territory.
- Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and customers.
- Market execution: Execute promotional activities, trade marketing strategies, and ensure product visibility and availability in outlets.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and report on market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Reporting and forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyze sales data to inform management decisions.
- Customer support: Address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and handle complaints.
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and prevent shortages.
