Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Role Details:
· Position: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
· Department: Call Centre
· Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday
· Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
· Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
· Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 in hand
· Travel Requirement: No travel required
Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate candidates are preferred.
· Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have completed 12th standard and have their result in hand.
· Experience required: 6 months to 8 years.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Valuable communication skills in both Hindi and English.
· Prior experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or a similar calling process is preferred.
· Comfortable speaking with prospective candidates/customers over calls and sharing relevant information clearly.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
