Job Summary
Benchmark Abroad is one of North India’s largest education consultancy providing fair counseling to students aspiring for further education in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Japan etc.
Benchmark Abroad presently have offices at Mohali and Jalandhar with ongoing expansion plans.
We are looking for Student Visa Counselor or Telecallers for our office in Jalandhar
Responsibilities and Duties

- To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Europe, Current Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Japan
- To explain about colleges and different courses.
- To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
- To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
- To provide the career counselling to the students in different fields.
- To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
- To follow up the clients for enrollments




- Working closely with Admission and Counseling Team to educate them about changing Student Visa Rules also handling the team for counselors and filing officers with result orientated strategies and planning.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- Counseling the clients regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquires from customers and resolve issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Effective and excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to meet sales target

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
