We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and growth-focused Digital Marketer to join our team and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and customer acquisition across our IT Services and SaaS business verticals.

6-Month Training & Internship Structure

The role is structured as a 6-month learning and performance evaluation program, designed to provide freshers with practical experience before transitioning into a full-time position.

Months 1–3: Training Period

- Intensive practical training in Digital Marketing.
- Learn and work on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, and Lead Generation.
- Work on real company websites, SaaS products, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop practical skills under the guidance of the marketing team.
- Stipend: No stipend during the first 3 months.

Months 4–6: Paid Internship

- Take greater responsibility for executing marketing activities and campaigns.
- Work on real marketing objectives, traffic generation, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Performance will be evaluated based on learning, execution, consistency, quality of work, and measurable contribution.
- Stipend: Up to ₹8,000 per month, based on performance.

After 6 Months: Full-Time Employment

Candidates who successfully complete the training and internship period and meet the required performance standards will be considered for full-time employment at YS Innovations.

Full-time employment will be based on overall performance, skills developed, work quality, consistency, ownership, and contribution during the 6-month program.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Support marketing initiatives for both IT Services and SaaS products.
- Research new marketing opportunities and growth channels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines.
- Improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and analytics tools.




- Assist with on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Identify content opportunities based on search trends and competitor analysis.

Performance Marketing

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Track leads, conversions, cost per lead, and other campaign metrics.
- Assist in improving campaign performance and lead quality.
- Learn to manage marketing campaigns using real budgets and measurable outcomes.

Content & Social Media Marketing

- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Manage social media presence and audience engagement.
- Assist with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms.
- Support product launches, promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Research content ideas and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing creatives.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, SEO performance, and campaign results.
- Track important marketing KPIs.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with design, content, sales, and development teams.
- Coordinate campaign execution and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and results with the team.
- Contribute ideas for growth, experimentation, and optimization.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic content writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics.
- Willingness to work with real campaigns and measurable targets.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Digital Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.




- Experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
- Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
- Previous internship or practical project experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
