Radise India is seeking a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer with a distinguished educational background from renowned institutions like IIT or NIT. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team while analyzing and designing geotechnical aspects for global civil projects.

Key Responsibilities





- Perform geotechnical engineering analyses and develop engineering recommendations based on subsurface investigation and laboratory testing data.
- Perform shallow foundation analyses, including bearing capacity, settlement, and foundation design recommendations.
- Perform deep foundation analyses, including axial and lateral capacity analyses for driven piles, drilled shafts, auger-cast piles, and other deep foundation systems.
- Perform seepage analyses and slope stability analyses for canals, levees, embankments, and retaining structures. .
- Develop appropriate geotechnical design parameters based on SPT data, laboratory test results, published correlations, and engineering judgment.
- Review boring logs, data, laboratory test results, groundwater information, and other geotechnical investigation data.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical memoranda, and comprehensive geotechnical engineering reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review field and laboratory data for completeness and technical accuracy.
- Assist with QA/QC reviews of calculations, analyses, and reports.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project schedules and deliverable deadlines.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to project managers and other members of the engineering team.

Mandatory Required Qualifications

· Approximately 5–10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.

· Demonstrated experience performing shallow and deep foundation design and analysis.

· Demonstrated experience performing seepage and slope stability analyses.

Mandatory Software Experience

· GeoStudio / SLOPE/W / SEEP/W

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
