About the Internship

Varistor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team.

The role will primarily focus on social media content creation, video editing, content development, and digital marketing activities across our brands, including Varistor Technologies, VariEx, Varistor Solar, and SolarClue.

This is a hands-on role where you will work on real business content and campaigns rather than only theoretical marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and create Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, and corporate content.
- Assist in developing creative content ideas based on current trends.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content styles.
- Write basic captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for different platforms.

Video Editing & Production

- Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, effects, graphics, and animations.
- Assist with video shooting using smartphones/cameras.
- Participate in content shoots when required.
- Organize and maintain raw footage, edited videos, graphics,



and project files.

Digital Marketing

- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day digital marketing activities.
- Support social media page management and content scheduling.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Explore new content formats and digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset and good visual sense.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.
- Ability to work from the office and meet deadlines.
