Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to support our Life & Pension operations within a global Insurance BPO environment. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand and adhere to service level expectations, and a high degree of adaptability while working with international stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of Life & Pension service requests , adhering to defined SOPs and quality standards.
- Interpret and update policy-related information with accuracy while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Work within established SLA and KPI frameworks , ensuring timely completion of tasks and proactive escalation of risks or delays.
- Communicate effectively—verbally and in writing—with internal teams and UK/European counterparts.
- Utilize workflow management tools, tracking transactions through to completion.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to business changes, volume fluctuations,
and new processes in a energetic operational environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to good proficiency in reading and writing English , including comprehension of business communication.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Business, or related fields).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process guidelines.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) , quality metrics, and productivity standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic delivery environment.
- Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Skill Requirements
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Insurance BPO , particularly Life & Pension operations (e.g., policy servicing, claims, customer updates, benefit administration).
- Exposure to UK/Europe processes or projects involving global stakeholders.
