Job Summary

Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP is seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Videographer to support the company's video production and digital content requirements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, recording, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, corporate communications, training materials, and other digital platforms.

The role requires a combination of videography, video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, record, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms.
- Handle video production from pre-production planning through filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other video production equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage for promotional videos, social media content, corporate videos, interviews, events, and other company requirements.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements,



corporate videos, and educational content.
- Perform video editing, trimming, sequencing, color correction, audio synchronization, and sound enhancement.
- Add transitions, subtitles, captions, graphics, animations, and visual effects as required.
- Create basic motion graphics and animated elements to improve video presentation.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, stock footage, and visual elements while maintaining content quality and consistency.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.
- Develop video concepts and contribute creative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure that all final videos meet the required technical specifications, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, assets, and other production materials.
- Make revisions based on feedback from management and relevant teams.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, social media formats, and content styles.
- Explore and utilize relevant AI-based video creation and editing tools where appropriate.
- Support photography and videography requirements for company events, campaigns, office activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Perform other video production and content-related responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.





Required Technical Skills

- Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software.
- Knowledge of video editing principles, composition, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Understanding of color correction and basic color grading.
- Understanding of audio editing, synchronization, and sound enhancement.
- Knowledge of camera operation and basic cinematography principles.
- Understanding of lighting and audio recording techniques.
- Ability to edit videos in different aspect ratios and formats for various digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual composition.Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Making, Animation, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant portfolios, practical experience, internships, or demonstrable video production skills may also be considered.

Experience

- 0–1 years of relevant experience in video editing, videography, content creation, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP, Athani, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and other relevant teams and may be required to participate in video shoots, corporate events, promotional activities, and other content production requirements.
